Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Stategrown Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We'll confirm by email that we got your complaint. That usually takes a few business days. Then we'll look into it. This may mean contacting the provider. After that, we'll reply with what we found and any action we're taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
